Who is responsible for your information

BNR Computer Services Limited is the data controller for website enquiries. Our registered office is Unit 1 Suite B, Stafford Park 6, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3AB. Company number 06122533.

Information we collect

If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the information in your message.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects information about how the website is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source and interactions with the website. BNR uses this aggregated reporting to understand and improve website performance. We do not use analytics for advertising on this website.

Analytics cookies and your choice

Google Analytics remains disabled unless you select “Accept analytics” in the website banner. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored on your device so the website can remember it.

You can review or change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the website. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on that device and removes BNR’s Google Analytics cookies where the browser permits this.

How and why we use information

We use enquiry information to understand your enquiry, respond to you, provide requested information and keep an appropriate business record. Who receives it

Information is available only to BNR personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. The enquiry form uses FormSubmit, a service provided by Devro LABS, to process the submission and relay it to BNR by email. If you accept analytics, Google acts as BNR’s analytics service provider. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Analytics information is retained in accordance with the retention settings applied to BNR’s Google Analytics property.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
